Wednesdays we have our weekly pop up where we serve our modern take on Polish food.The menu changes weekly & by season. They're new twists on classics such as pierogi and kopytka, unique takes on other non-Polish dishes utilizing fresh ingredients typical of Polish fare, and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
