The Mashawii concept is about preserving and enhancing what is created by nature. Upon entry, your eyes are greeted by an extensive display of fresh meats, veggies and fish. Meats are Halal and hormone free.
Fish is wild caught and never farmed.
Vegetables are sourced from local purveyors when available.
Herbs and spices are flown in from all over the Mediterranean and
breads are baked fresh. If carbs or gluten are an issue, guests can opt for meats and fish over a choice of rice or salata creating a fast casual cuisine like no other.
