Crafted & Pure, Olin's beverage program combines a culinary passion for ingredients, a thoughtful approach to sourcing and a mindful eye on execution. Featuring hand-made bitters, fresh juices and extracts.

Approachable and modestly priced wines will focus on smaller producers featuring varietals that compliment the kitchen's menus and flavors. Also sharing the wine stage, Olin will also feature daily selection of sherries. Rounding out the beverage program, Olin's beer lineup will feature 4 local Michigan taps as well as a selection of craft bottles and cans.
